Should there be a request to have more than 20 children, there will be an additional charge of £15.00 per extra child. If the number of children falls below 20, the package price will remain the same. Parties can be booked from 3pm - 5pm on Saturday and Sundays only.

A £30 non-refundable deposit secures your party, the balance is payable on the day.

  • Any additional requirements to the original booking must be made at least 72 hours before the party. 
  • If you wish to cancel your party, we ask that you inform us 14 days prior to the party date. 
  • Accidents and injuries must be reported to the party organiser.
  • Children must wear appropriate sports wear or casual clothing.
  • For football parties, outdoor clothing may be required and football boots with studs are not permitted.
  • When children feel unwell, we ask that they are not included in any play session. 
  • Parents/Guardians are required to provide their own party props, birthday cake, lighter and candles.
  • All parties include public insurance liability cover.
  • The party hirer shall be liable for all third party claims involving personal injury or property damage when the hirer has been negligent.

We ask that you complete a menu request form and return at least 2 weeks prior to the party. We are not able to guarantee menu requests received after this date.

Please Note

Parents and guardians are required to supervise all meal sessions. Food is served promptly 90 minutes after the start of the party and will last for 30 minutes. Please inform us prior to the party of any known food allergies.
